Adult Therapy

Time to take care of yourself

Adult therapy offers a space where you can pause, reflect on your life, and discover what truly matters to you. In our fast-paced daily lives, we often forget about ourselves – our emotions, needs, and boundaries. Psychotherapy gives you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and restore balance.

Who It’s For

I work with adults who:

  • experience anxiety, tension, or chronic stress,
  • struggle with depression or low mood,
  • have difficulties in relationships or feel unfulfilled in their social connections,
  • are going through life or emotional crises,
  • experience low self-esteem, emptiness, or a sense of being lost,
  • suffer from psychosomatic symptoms – pain, insomnia, or unexplained physical issues,
  • want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and live in greater harmony with themselves.

What the Therapy Process Looks Like

Sessions take place online, allowing you to attend therapy from anywhere in the world – in a safe, private space.

Gestalt Therapy does not involve judgment or offering quick fixes. It is a shared journey – a conversation, reflection, and experiencing what is happening inside you in the here and now.

Sometimes we uncover old behavioral patterns; other times we focus on emotions present in the moment. I always adjust the pace to suit you and your capacity.

What I value most in the therapeutic relationship:

  • Authenticity
  • Trust
  • Attentiveness to your needs
  • Respect for your pace and your story

What You Can Gain Through Therapy

Therapy is a process – sometimes demanding, but also full of discoveries and moments of relief.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re coming with. It’s enough to feel that you want something to change – that’s already a good beginning.

  • deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions,
  • improved relationships with others,
  • a sense of peace and agency over your life,
  • self-acceptance and acceptance of your limitations,
  • tools for regulating emotions and managing stress,
  • greater ease and closeness in everyday life.
