My name is Małgorzata Pasiut, and I am a Gestalt psychotherapist. In my therapeutic work, I believe that every person holds within themselves the resources needed for change and growth – my role is to help you recognize those resources and learn how to use them.

How I Work

I follow the Gestalt approach in my work, which assumes that each person has the potential for growth, change, and self-regulation. As a therapist, my task is to create a safe space where you can better understand yourself – your emotions, needs, boundaries, and ways of responding to the world around you.

About me

My name is Małgorzata Pasiut, and I am a Gestalt psychotherapist. In my therapeutic work, I believe that every person holds within themselves the resources needed for change and growth – my role is to help you recognize those resources and learn how to use them. In the therapeutic relationship,

I value authenticity, trust, and respect. I believe that it is precisely a safe and genuine relationship that allows for a true encounter with oneself, understanding one’s emotions, and finding inner peace. Having lived and worked for many years abroad, in various parts of the world, I have gathered valuable experiences among people of different cultures and mindsets – this greatly supports my ability to connect with others. I work online (or in my private practice in Nowy Sącz, Poland) with adolescents from the age of 15 and with adults.

I offer therapy in Polish, English, Spanish, and German.

On a personal note, I’m a mother, and I love traveling, the sea, padel, and spending time in nature.
